Wentworth Ski Racing Club (WSRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, fun-filled environment for athletes to develop their racing skills. We are hiring alpine ski race coaches for weekend recreational and competitive ski race programs during the 2020-21 season.
Join us and enjoy the comradery of working alongside passionate and dedicated coaches and volunteers, while helping our young members achieve their potential and develop a lifelong love of skiing.
Coaching positions are available in the following programs which run from early January until early April:
Interested candidates should send resume to Gregor Byrne at coaching@wentworthracing.com by September 30, 2020. Please include certification level including CSIA if applicable, years of coaching experience and top three age group preferences.

Ski Wentworth is a Canadian alpine ski hill in Nova Scotia's Cobequid Hills. Ski Wentworth is located in the hamlet of Wentworth in the Wentworth Valley, 48 km northwest of Truro and 67 km east of Amherst on Trunk 4. For more information check www.skiwentworth.ca

- Snow Stars (U8 &U10)
- U12
- Senior Team (U14-U18)
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of racers.
- Teaching and coaching duties relative to certification and experience in keeping with the Canadian Snow Stars Program and the Alpine Canada Long Term Athlete Development Model.
- Operating according to WSRC Coach Code of Conduct.
- Travel to a minimum of 2 away races.
- Strong technical backgrounds and effective coaching style.
- EL or DL certifications and/or experience.
- Valid CSCF license in the current season.
