WSRC Weekend Update!

Hello WSRC Families

Can you believe the season is almost over? Be sure to read the updates below to make sure you don’t miss out on our final activities: 

Club Champs - Saturday March 25th (U8 - 18)

This is a fun race that offers an opportunity for all of our athletes - including those who normally train only on Sundays. No registration required. The race will take place during regular programming. If your athlete typically skis only on Sunday they may be assigned to a different coach for the day.

WSRC Year-End Banquet
March 25th @ Wentworth Rec Centre 4:30-6:30 PM

WSRC families, please join us to celebrate the 2022/2023 season!  We will have an opportunity to thank our amazing coaches, reflect on the season, and recognize our athletes.

Hot dogs and hamburgers will be available for the athletes and we are going to bring back the infamous WSRC Chili Cook-off.

Who will keep or take the title of the golden ladle?

For those not participating in the chili cook-off, please consider bringing some of the following:

• U8 parents - drinks (bubbly, juice packs etc)
• U10 parents- treats/dessert 
• U12 parents and up - apps, rolls/bread for chili, sides or salad

50/50 Draw - Win Free Registration for 23/24 Season

There is still time to get in on this month’s 50/50 draw. Every athlete who raises $500 or more will have their name entered into a draw to win free registration for next season. The final draw will take place at the end of the month.

WSRC athletes receive a THREE STAR Sponsorship for race gear ordered for next season. This equates to approx 40% less than retail.
