Saturday Night at the Shack

Saturday, March 4 - U12/U14
Night Ski and Hot Chocolate with Scavenger Hunt from, 6PM - 8PM

Parents are welcomed to convene at Ducky’s during this time.

50/50 Draw - Win Free Registration for 23/24 Season

Congratulations and thank you to Craig Bradley who won last month's raffle draw and promptly donated it back to the club to reinvest in equipment purchases. As thanks for his generosity we have entered him into the draw for free registration for 23/24 season. 

Marcos Lundrigan also raised over $500 and will be entered into this draw.

Athlete Sponsorship Opportunity

As a reminder, this January we introduced a new fundraising opportunity that benefits athletes directly. For each new sponsorship an athlete generates, WSRC will provide the athlete with 15% credited back against fees! Byrne Memorial (U12-U14)

Friday, March 10th

GS - U14 Can-Ams Last Qualifier

Registration deadline is Monday, March 6th at Noon!

We are happy to share that the GS race at the upcoming Byrne Memorial will replace the GS starts lost at Crabbe to achieve the originally scheduled number of starts per discipline. This will also take the place of the Team Atlantic Cup which is unable to proceed due to scheduling conflicts at the hill. 

The Byrne Memorial race will also include a two run SL race with mini gates which will not count towards qualifying. This race will also be open to U12. Additionally, the winner of the overall for each gender gets $100!

Mont Farlagne March Break Camp

Wednesday, March 15 - Friday, March 17  

Open to U12 and Senior Team Athletes
Fee: $350 not including lift tickets, accommodations, food and travel. 
Booking deadline: Monday, March 6th.

A minimum of 15 athletes is needed to proceed with this option. 

The intent of this away camp is to ensure athletes who wish to train on gates have the opportunity during this week at a time when we may not be able to guarantee this availability at Ski Wentworth.

TIming of this camp will coincide well with the SL race schedule for Poley on March 18th and 19th. More details to follow when they are available. 

March Break Camp at Wentworth 

March 13 - 17

Fee: $350 for U8s, $250 for U10+

Limited space will be available for each day and group.
