ACA Forms: Due November 26th, 2022

All athletes must submit a signed copy of the ACA form before they can participate in on-snow activities. Please sign the form found on our website at this link by November 26, 2022 and send a scanned copy to registrar@wentworthracing.com.

Officials Training

Volunteer officials are crucial to running a successful race for our athletes. We are heavily reliant on parents to fulfill these roles. Luckily there are training opportunities for those who are interested in taking on an official role or looking to build on their existing knowledge. 

All current Level 2 Officials and all coaches are strongly encouraged to attend the free Level 3 Officials course taking place on November 19th & 20th at Soccer Nova Scotia, detailed below.

Note: The L3 course is open to anyone who has taken a L2 course before.For current L3 Officials, you will only be required to attend the morning of Saturday, November 19th from 9am-12pm.

Officials Level 2 Course
December 1st, 4th, 6th & 8th via Zoom

This course will be offered online via Zoom. Level 2 candidates must attend all 4 sessions. They will start on Dec 1, 4 & 6 at 6pm. The exam will be administered online via zoom Dec 8 starting at 6pm
