Notice of Annual General Meeting & Athlete Recognition - Wentworth Ski Race Club - Tuesday, June 29th at 6:30PM

Hello WSRC families, 

The Annual General Meeting of members of the Wentworth Ski Race Club will be held on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021 via Zoom. 

A waiting room will open at 6:15pm. 

At 6:30pm we will commence with a celebration of our athletes in lieu of an in-person banquet given the pandemic restrictions we’ve faced this year. All WSRC athletes are encouraged to attend this part of the meeting. 

At 7:00pm we will begin our AGM intended for parents and guardians of athletes. 

A meeting package and specific connection instructions will be forwarded to all voting members who RSVP by June 14, 2021 by completing this form.

WSRC is currently accepting nominations for a Director of Officials for the Board of Directors for the 2021/2022 season. Please submit your expression of interest to Board President, Bruce Young at bmyoung123@icloud.com.
