Dryland this Weekend and Other Dates and Tips To Help You Plan the Season

It’s Not Too Late to Register for Our First Fall Dryland for U12+
Saturday, October 3rd, 1:00 to 4:00pm at Wentworth

Athletes will participate in fun dryland work-outs while reconnecting with teammates and coaches. Be sure to register online before Saturday morning.

And stay tuned for details on Dryland Training planned for Oct. 17th and Nov 7th.

For athletes who can't make it to Dryland here is a link for at-home exercises to get the whole family ready for the slopes.

WSRC is looking for Parent Reps. 

Each age group has a parent rep acting as liaison between athletes/parents and the WSRC BoD to ensure members are informed and engaged. This is especially important for new members. We've all been there and appreciated the added guidance navigating the wonderful World of WSRC.
