Calling All Parents!!

Hello!  

This weekend over 100 athletes plus coaches and parents will descend upon Wentworth Valley for the 2019 Roland Brunner race.

To help make this event a success, WSRC NEEDS YOU!!

We Need Food Donations....   

Food sign up’s are slowly trickling in….please visit our signup genius site ASAP to sign-up to contribute some food for the army of volunteers and coaches that it takes to run a ski race.

We Need Volunteers...

For volunteers for the race we are currently in need of the following…
 

• Gate Keepers - we need 6 per day Friday, Saturday and Sunday (no experience necessary, you will be given a mini lesson before starting if you are a newcomer)
• Course Crew - need 7 for Friday, 9 for Saturday and 9 for Sunday (no prior experience needed, but need to be a reasonably strong skier)
• Race Wrangler (Fri/Sat/Sun) - one person to help organize athletes to be ready for starting at correct time - no previous experience required.
• Hand Timers - we need 2 Friday, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday - no previous experience required.
• Food Service Helper  - we need 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday
• Sound EQ setup and tear down - needed Friday / Saturday & Sunday
• Scribe of Race Results - we need 1 on Friday
• Starter for Friday & Sunday (prior experience required).
• Race Announcer Friday, Saturday and Sunday

It takes an army to run a ski race and we need everyone to pitch in.
