Ski Swap - Thanks to those folks who came out for the ski swap last week; this year we had more sellers tham buyers and last year more buyers than sellers.  Next year we may try to do some on-line coordination prior to the sale.

Race Shack Cleanout Day – Thanks to the folks who donated their time and labour on Sunday afternoon to clean out the race shack.

Away Race Accommodations

We highly recommend booking you accommodation early!
We have the following group bookings:

Farlagne, Edmundston, NB:  Sheraton

• We have a group booking at the Sheraton Four Points in Edmundston, NB to arrive January 17 and leave January 20^th.  32 rooms with 2 beds and 3 rooms with 1 bed and a sofabed.   
• The block of rooms will be released Dec 18/18.  You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of arrival date.  Highly suggest you book a room as other teams also stay at this hotel and it will be completely booked by January.
• $119/night; refer to PMS#WA17AA Wentworth Ski Racing Club to identify the negotiated rate.

Brookvale, PEI – Charlottetown, PEI – The Holman Grand
We have 26 rooms on hold under "Wentworth Ski Race Club" for February 8th & 9th.

$164 - Island Suite (http://www.theholmangrand.com/guest-rooms-and-suites/island-suite)

2 night minimum stay.

Rooms will be released December 28^th.
We have a conference room booked for the Saturday night for a meeting space & potluck dinner
 
Poley Mountain, NB

Two options:
1 – The Fairway Inn
We have reserved a block of ten double rooms in our detached building for March 22 &23, 2019. These rooms will be held until February 22,2019. The group reservation number is 072659. The rate is $99.00 + tax for 2 adults / 2 beds.
2 – Adair’s Wilderness Lodge
Rooms:  $135 a night.  $50 deposit required subject to 7 days cancellation notice
 

Techy Volunteer Needed!

We are looking for someone with some techy aptitude to steward the implementation of our new Sprongo video analysis software and manage the video data over the course of the season.  If you are interested, please e-mail admin@wentworthracing.com
