THIS WEEKEND…
 
POLEY

• WSRC will be represented by 49 athletes at Poley which is an outstanding participation level.
• The Coaches going to the Race at POLEY this weekend will be:
  • U10 - Lexie
  • U12 - Kris Hardy & Connor Myers
  • U14 - U16 - U18 - Mike Clarke, Sarah Byrne & Gregor Byrne

AT WENTWORTH

• Dawn Scissons will make any necessary adjustments to U10 Groups on Saturday.
• Diana Mason will be working with the U12 athletes.
• U16/U18 athletes in WW will be skiing with Joey Graham.GS on Saturday and SL on Sunday, Structured Freeskiing both days.

Saturday, 11:30am-12:30pm

• We will have a table set up in the front entry of the lodge.
• RAFFLE TICKETS will be available for pick-up.
• COFFEE ORDERS will be taken for the coffee fundraiser.
• WSRC NECKIES ($25) & LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRTS ($20) will be for sale.

 
(Raffle Tickets explained:  Each family paid $100 for a quantity of 10 $10 raffle tickets as part of the registration fee for the first athlete.  You can sell these tickets to earn back your money or you can fill them out with your own name.  Submit them in the Club mailbox beside our notice board in the lodge before March 24^th.  The draw takes place at the closing banquet on March 24^th.)

  • Our biggest Recreational Event of the Season!!

  • Completely for fun and often our younger racers very first race.
  • Volunteers needed to help with race, s’more pit and lunchtime barbecue.
  • Race fee is included in your program registration; everyone participates.
  • Regular program times apply.We may go a little late in the afternoon with awards at Ducky’s.

AEROBICS FIRST

• With a reputation that has been built on great service and expert boot fitting; Aerobics First has begun to refocus their selection of equipment to better serve the race community who continue to drive the sport.Aerobics first continue to offer many race specific services like custom footbeds, stance alignment, shell modifications (stretching/grinding) and flex tuning.
• Aerobics First carry race specific equipment from Rossignol, Lange, Atomic, Head, Leki and POC and are awaiting samples so racers can pre-book race suits and clothing for 2018/2019.
• Come on in and meet Tom, who is new to the AF team and comes from almost ten years of boot fitting experience in BC and ON.
• Aerobics First has been added to our Links Page on our website.
