Wentworth Ski Racing Club is holding its Annual General Meeting and Strategic Planning Session on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 5:30pm-9:30pm at 103 Thorne Avenue, Dartmouth, NS.
On Wednesday, June 14th, at 5:30pm, WSRC is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM), followed by a BBQ and Strategic Planning Session.
All parents of WSRC athletes registered in the 2017 season are welcome (and encouraged) to attend. Please RSVP by registering on the website at www.wentworthracing.com under the Registration tab.
The usual AGM content will be covered, as well as proposed changes to the Club Bylaws that will be subject to a member vote.
The approximate schedule of events is as follows; but if possible, the program will be advanced.
5-5:20pm Arrival
5:30pm AGM Call to Order
7pm Strategic Planning Session
