Fall Dryland Update

Twelve athletes made it out to the October 15th Fall Dryland training session held at Wentworth.  A parent/athlete bbq followed.  Thanks to Lori Smith & Dave Todd for hosting.  The next dryland session is scheduled for November 12th.  All athletes registered last year who will be in U12 and up this coming season are welcome.  Please let Gregor know if you plan to attend coaching@wentworthracing.com
