Safe Sport & Athlete Protection
WSRC is committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where every athlete can learn, compete and enjoy skiing. These policies outline our standards for athlete protection, conduct, screening, privacy, emergency response, concussion management and addressing concerns.
Governance & HR Policies
Strong governance helps WSRC operate responsibly, transparently and in the best interests of our athletes and families. These policies establish expectations for Board members, coaches, volunteers and parents, while providing clear guidelines for conflicts of interest, travel, financial management and organizational accountability.
Club Operations Policy
These policies provide the practical framework for running WSRC programs and events consistently and effectively. They cover communication, training and attendance, race participation, equipment, weather and hill closures, sponsorships and fundraising.
