The Wentworth Ski Race Club Board of Directors is a dedicated team of volunteers responsible for guiding the overall direction and long-term success of the club. The Board provides leadership in governance, financial stewardship, strategic planning, and policy development while supporting coaches, volunteers, and families. Working together, they help ensure a safe, fun, and rewarding environment where young athletes can develop their skiing skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of the sport. Board of director slates are voted in annually during the AGM.

Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the club, chairs Board meetings, and works closely with coaches, volunteers, Ski Wentworth, and provincial ski organizations to support athlete development and club success.

Provides continuity, mentorship, and historical perspective to the Board, supporting leadership transitions and long-term planning.
Vice President
Matt Ferguson
Supports the President and Board in club leadership, governance, and strategic initiatives, while assisting with special projects and organizational development.
Treasurer
Andrew Childs
Provides financial stewardship for the club through budgeting, financial reporting, and oversight of club finances to ensure long-term sustainability.
Registrar
Chantal Pelham Edwards
Manages athlete registrations and membership records, ensuring a smooth registration experience and accurate participant information.
Secretary & Communications Director
Emily Reiner
Maintains club records and governance documents while overseeing communications that keep athletes, families, volunteers, and partners informed and engaged.
Director of Equipment
Brian Allaway
Oversees the club's equipment inventory and maintenance, ensuring training and race equipment is safe, organized, and ready for use throughout the season.
Director of Officials
Patrick Laroche
Recruits, develops, and coordinates race officials and volunteers required to host sanctioned alpine ski racing events and competitions.
Director of Fundraising & Corporate Sponsors
Robert Kimball
Leads fundraising initiatives and sponsorship partnerships that help support athlete development, club operations, and future growth.
