MSA - FIS ResultsMSA FIS DH UpDATE - February 4, 2010 - Update by Gregor Byrne Can you say FAST ?? Mike Hardy and Mike Byrne Can !!!In the first DH Race on Thursday they posted TWO TOP 10 finishes !! Mike Hardy was 6th and Mike Byrne was 9th !! This is a BIG DEAL and the culmination of a lot of hard work put in by these two athletes !! In the 2nd DH Race Mike Byrne was 11th and Mike Hardy was 27th. This was a great finale to a week of speed training and the WSRC Coaching staff could not be prouder ! Going over 110 kmph down a downhill track is one thing. . .To finish inside the top 10 racers is AWESOME. . . Way to GO !! Congrats to the Mikes !!!!
After the first official DH race today both boys finished top 10 - that's really cool! Mike Hardy was 6th and my Mike was 9th.
FIS DH UPDATE - February 3, 2010 - Update by Gregor Byrne Hey Gang!! The first two days of DH training are in the books Hardy and Byrne were lighting up the SPEED TRAP at The bottom of The Gunbarrell at over 115 KMPH today!! The guys are really skiing well Mike Hardy was 15th yesterday and Mike Byrne was 23rd in aDH training run field of 60. . . . . Today Mike Hardy was 17th and Mike Byrne was 20th in their 2nd DH training run. . . .Two inside the top 20 - Wat to Go !!!! Tomorrow they will be doing two DH Races - One in the morning and one in the afternoon. . . . . Cheers. .. .Gregor
