K2 Weekly UpdateK2 REC COACH: CYNTHIA PETERS K2 COACHES: WEEKEND TRAINING SCHEDULE: JANUARY 7-8: MEET AT THE LIFT AT 8:00 FOR K2 AND 8:30 FOR K2 REC FRIDAY, JANUARY 13: Meet at 8:45 a.m. - GS Training on Rosebowl * Please advise Gregor if you are attending. SATURDAY, JANUARY 14th: Meet at 8:15 a.m. - SLALOM Gates and Free skiing. Be Sure to have all of your slalom protection with you. Be sure to wear skin suit as well. SUNDAY, JANUARY 15th: Meet at 8:15 a.m. - SLALOM Gates and Free skiing. As above. FRIDAY, JANUARY 20th: Meet at the Training Centre at 8:30 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.) Make sure that your skis are waxed and TUNED with the wet weather and then the freezing temps the snow could be VERY hard ! SATURDAY, JANUARY 21st: Meet at the front of the Lodge at 8:00 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.) SUNDAY, JANUARY 22nd: Meet at the front of the Lodge at 8:00 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.)
