K1 Weekly Update

WEEKEND TRAINING SCHEDULE:

JANUARY 7-8: MEET AT THE LIFT AT 8:30 (K1 AND K1 REC). * PARENT MEETING AT 10:00am on Sunday, January 8th at the WSRC Training Centre.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 13: Meet at 8:45 a.m. - GS Training on Rosebowl * It is recommended that any K1s who intend to race at Poley and have not had any GS training attend this day as there will only be space on the weekend to train Slalom. Please advise Gregor if you are attending. 

SATURDAY, JANUARY 14th: Meet at 8:15 a.m. - SLALOM Gates and Free skiing. Be Sure to have all of your slalom protection with you. Be sure to wear skin suit as well.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 15th: Meet at 8:15 a.m. - SLALOM Gates and Free skiing. As above.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 20th: Meet at the Training Centre at 8:30 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.) 

Make sure that your skis are waxed and TUNED with the wet weather and then the freezing temps the snow could be VERY hard !

SATURDAY, JANUARY 21st: Meet at the front of the Lodge at 8:00 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.) Any atheletes who are not going to the race at Poley will be skiig with Graeme Mahoey this weekend.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 22nd: Meet at the front of the Lodge at 8:00 a.m. GS Training.(Come prepared wearing skinsuit etc.)

The START TIMES will always be ON SNOW when the LIFT OPENS
