AIM 2 WINThe AIM 2 WIN document is intended as a resource for coaches, managers, administrators, parents, teachers and volunteers who play a role in the development of young ski racers. AIM2WIN is a progression from the original AIM document by providing greater detail in the specifics of each development phase. The goal of Alpine Canada Alpin is to ensure that any child entering the alpine ski racing system is provided every opportunity to experience the necessary building blocks in order to reach the desired highest levels of the sport. Although the primary objective of AIM2WIN is to produce greater numbers of ski racers capable of achieving at the highest level, it also provides a platform for clubs and coaches to encourage and support participants at every level to fulfill their potential and maintain a lifelong involvement in the sport of alpine skiing.
