Welcome to the 2011-2012 Wentworth Ski Season!

What do registration fees cover? 

Registration fees cover weekend training and, for those in two-day programs, a three-day camp at Christmas (December 28, 29, and 30, 2011).

For K and J athletes, there will be an optional two-day extension to the Christmas camp (December 26 and 27, 2011). One-day athletes can join the three-day Christmas program or register for all five days.

For K and J athletes, the program lasts 12 weeks. Additional training will be available on a user-pay basis on Fridays for K and J athletes. In addition, we are planning a two-day camp (additional cost) immediately prior to our Scaravelli and Brunner race weekend (February 17-19, 2012) and a five-day camp during March break (additional cost).

For Snow Stars athletes, the program fee covers a nine-week program with an optional extension of this program for three additional weekends (additional cost). This extension would include both weekends of the March break, and one weekend after March break. The extension will allow the Snow Stars athletes to have a 12-week program, making it the same length as programs for K and J athletes.

How much will I pay?

Rates for programs for 2011-12 are outlined on the registration form which is now available under the "Registration" tab above.

What is required?

Please click on the links for the four (4) updated forms required to complete your registration with the Wentworth Ski Racing Club. The 1) Registration Form, 2) ACA form, 3) Medical Profile and Parental Permission for Medical Treatment, and 4) Code of Conduct form are here for your convenience. Your registration cannot be completed until these forms are completed and received.

Please ensure an ACA form is completed for each family member with all fields on the form completed including the Nova Scotia Health Card number.

A few extra things to note...

-If you register after Nov. 30 the Club Membership Fee will increase from $75 to $100.

-If you choose the equal payment option your first payment is due Oct. 31st, second payment due Nov. 30th and final payment by Dec. 15th. 

-We are offering a discount on the program fees for members who choose to pay by CASH or CHEQUE. The discount is available for lump sum or installment payments,
