Welcome to the 2009-2010 Wentworth Ski Season!

Please click on the links for the four (4) updated forms required to complete your registration with the Wentworth Ski Racing Club. The 1) Registration Form, 2) ACA form, 3) Medical Profile and Parental Permission for Medical Treatment, and 4) Code of Conduct form are here for your convenience. Your registration cannot be completed until these forms are completed and received.

The following forms are required for registration:

Husky Snow Stars Nancy Greene Program Registrants
1) Registration Form

2)  ACA Form for each child and each parent

3) Medical Profile and Parental Permission for Medical Treatment

K1, K2, J1, & J2 Program Registrants
1) Registration Form

2)  ACA Form for each racer and each parent

3) Code of Conduct signed by each racer and each parent

4)Medical Profile and Parental Permission for Medical Treatment

Please ensure an ACA form is completed for each family member with all fields on the form completed including the Nova Scotia Health Card number.

A few things to note...if you register after Nov. 30, 2009 the Club Membership Fee will increase from $75 to $100. If you choose the equal payment option your first payment is due Oct. 31, 2009, second payment due Nov. 30, 2009 and final payment Dec. 15, 2009. The program fees have increased slightly this year by the following amounts.

Nancy Green Snow Stars $10.00

K1 $10

K2, J1 & J2 $15.00

This increase is as a result of a fee increase from Alpine Canada.
